I'm actually going to see if I can make some gameplay videos. So if you like to play classic games like me and you have a ps3 or psp I highly encourage you to try out this game if you love fighting games. Not to mention the game has one of the best fighting game soundtracks: I have it on my psp and I'm legit trying to learn the game, even though my only opponents are CPUs but the presentation of the combos are so rewarding that I could care less. So morphing can really turn the tide of the battle but it also keeps things fair.īloody Roar 2 was on the Ps1 and I'm in love with the game. You lose meter by being hit and you gain meter by hitting and getting hit when you're not in youtr Zoanthrope form. When the meter is halfway full or more, you can morph and your time is judge by your meter.

So anyway, you have this meter that is half full when the first round starts. You are also made available to new moves and some sweet ultimate attacks that when you perform them, it puts you back to normal afterwards because of the huge damage output. When you're in your Zoanthrope mode, not only do you regenerate a portion of life you lost over a period of time but your attack and defense also increase. It has blood of course and lots of it, sweet-looking combos, and the whole morphing system into Zoanthrope really puts a twist on the game. The game is a 3D fighting game that to me has elements to cater to all. Zoanthropes are people that are able to morph into creatures like bats, tigers, wolves, lions, rabbits, half-beasts and more. It's a fighting game where you play as Zoanthropes. Okay so if you don't know what Bloody Roar is, let me enlighten you.

Bloody Roar 2 is most certainly tied with Tekken 3 and 4 in my top three favorite fighting games of all time.
